How did you start blogging?
I started blogging years ago when I took the lemons life gave me and moved myself to Hawaii. It all started out as a way to keep my loved ones up to date with my adventures. Slowly it turned into something more...a fashion blog...a lifestyle/mommy blog and now here we are with the launch of Love,Lo. I am excited to be blogging here in this little space, about all of my passions in life!
How did you start your journey to natural living?
Ever since I was little I believe family and friends would have described me as a "hippie". So I think my journey started at a young age. However, it didn't become a passion until I became pregnant with my son. I started thinking more about what toxins were, where they were and how they effected our daily lives, our health, and our bodies. I am so happy I started this journey and look forward every day to learning and sharing more.
Do you believe essential oils really work?
I have a very firm testimony that essential oils do amazing things for our minds, bodies and spirits. I have seen the cause and effect in my own life, my own body, my son, and those that I love. If I didn't believe in them then I wouldn't be here to teach about them. Essential oils have blessed my life immensely and I will never go back to not having them in my daily routine.
How old are you?
I kid you not that I get asked this question ALL of the time. I love to make people guess...so how old do YOU think I am? That's my secret I'll never tell. Okay, okay I'm twenty-seven. Surprised?
How many kids do you want?
This is a great question! One I don't have an answer for. Sorry! Really though, I don't have a set number. Right now I am just extremely grateful to be a mama to Hudson and I would be fine stopping at one. However, if/when the times comes to bring another little soul into my arms I will be happy with two, and so on.
If you could live anywhere where would it be?
Hawaii. No question. Specifically on Oahu. I left my heart there years ago and often wish I never had to leave. Tan skin, no makeup, natural wavy hair, fresh fruit stands, fish tacos, bare feet always, toes in the sand, salty air, selling baked goods at farmer's markets around the island...now that is my dream lifestyle right there!
